I worked with Jeff to purchase a Solar System during the spring of 2019. At first it was just a cold call after I put my number out there for quotes, but he quickly earned my trust with his honesty and the earnest way he answered my questions. Being a very curious person who researches everything, I threw every curve-ball I could at him, wondering if I could do this or that. He was always patient, gracious, and willing to answer all everything, no matter how wacky it was. The thing that really resounded with me was that he always got back to me very very quickly. He never left me hanging on a question or issue that I needed to be resolved. When he came over the first time we really actually ended up talking about our personal lives and ended up bonding over a few mutual interests. My trust in him was solidified when I realized that this guy was really being honest and was very passionate about what he was doing. I've always had a challenge with sales-people because I was once a salesman, and was trained by the best. It could be a shady business, but once you learn you can trust someone, it's invaluable because of the resources available through them. It's rare to find someone that you feel is going to answer you honestly and with your best interests in mind. With all of this said, I definitely would recommend Jeff for anyone seeking out Solar installations as he's been a tremendous resource, guide, and confidant through-out the process. He will always get back to you and never leave you in the dark.

From your company contacting our HOA, to the person who came out and inspected and measured our roof surface for a pre-installation evaluation, to the people who delivered the equipment, to the actual installers of the solar panels, everything occurred as you explained and within the time frame you had predicted. In short Jeff, you helped make this whole process a “piece of cake”! We thank you and we appreciate your honesty and knowledge.
